The Miramardeluxe.com online booking system is owned and operated by Profi Tours Ltd - a licensed bulgarian touroperator (license No.03475 / 08.12.1997 issued by the Bulgarian Ministry of Economy), member of IATA (numeric codes 09-200995 and 09-210235) and ETOA (European Tour Operators Association) and a registered company in bulgarian court (VAT number BG121745404). When you use the booking system to make a reservation, you signify your agreement to these Conditions of Use and other applicable terms, conditions, and notices, including but not limited to the Conditions of Use of WebSite.
We require partial or full payment in advance for most hotel accommodation, transport, ski package or other tourist services in Bulgaria, listed in this website. You can pay:
- online by credit card, MoneyBookers or Paypal;
- by bank transfer;
- cash or by credit card in our office.
Online credit card payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
No fee is due for credit card payments by Visa and Mastercard and 1.2% additional fee is due for payments by American Express credit cards only.
We do not collect and store card details. Credit Card information is not approachable by Miramardeluxe.com or Profi Tours Ltd.
Online payments by MoneyBookers:
Profi Tours Ltd is a registered MoneyBookers merchant. No payment fee is due for online payments by MoneyBookers.
Online payments by PayPal:
Profi Tours Ltd is a registered PayPal merchant. Due to the substantial fees for withdrawing money from PayPal to Bulgaria, 3% additional payment fee is applied to PayPal payments only.
Pyment in our office:
You can find us at 43 Dospat Str., Sofia 1463, Bulgaria. You can complete your booking by paying cash or with credit card directly in our office. Please make sure, that you notify your booking agent in advance, to help us provide you with fast and efficient service.
Payment by bank transfer:
In most cases you can complete the payment for your reservation by bank transfer. Please note that international bank transfers may take a few days, so you have to complete the payment at least 5 working days before the starting date of the tourist service booked. Please notify us after transfering the amount.
The tourist services prices and conditions, shown on our website, are based on the availability for a certain period. If you decide to proceed with the payment of your booking later than 48 hours after you have received an offer at Miramardeluxe.com, please check if the requested services are still available.
You can cancel or amend your tourist service reservation before the starting date of the service.
During the booking process, a cancellation deadline date and cancellation penalty amount are clearly stated. The cancellation deadline date is related to the starting date of the service booked and the cancellation penalty amount depends on the total payable amount for the reservation. These cancellation deadline date and penalty amount may vary for different tourist services, different hotels, listed in our web site and different periods of the year. Please pay attention to these cancellation terms when you make your booking, to avoid cancellation or no show penalties.
If you cancel your booking before the cancellation deadline, stated during the booking process, no cancellation penalty will be applied and you will receive back in full amount any funds transferred. In case you cancel your booking after the cancellation deadline term, the cancellation penalty stated during the booking process will apply.
After you have cancelled your reservation you will receive an email or a phone call to confirm your cancellation.
You cannot cancel your tourist service reservation after the starting date of the service.
When you make your booking with Miramardeluxe.com you receive a unique number of your reservation. You can use your e-mail address and booking number to log into our website and cancel your booking. To make a modification of your booking you can send us an inquiry by e-mail or use the contact forms on this website.
In case you cancel your booking with us, you will receive a refund using the same payment method that you used to pay your booking.
For refunds of credit card payments and payments, made online by MoneyBookers or PayPal, no refund fees are due. The refund can be made only to the same credit card or MoneyBookers or PayPal account, used for the payment.
For refunds by bank transfer, the bank charges for the reverse bank transfer from our account to yours are paid by you as a refund fee.
